PR1MA Corporation Malaysia (PR1MA) was established under the PR1MA Act 2012 to plan, develop, construct and maintain affordable lifestyle housing for middle-income households in key urban centres. Middle-income is defined as a monthly household (husband and wife) income of between RM2,500 – RM7,500.



Positions:


1. SENIOR EXECUTIVE RECRUITMENT


Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management/ Social Science or equivalent

Minimum 5-7 years relevant working experience as Senior Recruitment Executive in GLC / Government Agencies

High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communications and writing skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Good knowledge in Malaysian Employment Act, specifically in recruitment matters

Experience in being a team leader

Confident in communicating with all levels of hierarchy in the organization

Able to work independently with minimum supervision

Able to meet tight deadlines and ad hoc assignments

Mobile and willing to travel at short notice

Self – driven and able to work with minimal supervision.

Experiences in Industrial Relations matter is an added advantage.



2. SENIOR EXECUTIVE, MARKETING


Requirements:

At least 5 – 7 years experience in sales & marketing, development and management of digital marketing in Property or Real Estate industry.

Posses good presentation skills and knowledge in presentation tools.

Proven track record in project execution and management.

Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising promotional strategies and digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate buying decisions/demand.

Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.

Able to work independently and multitask with tight deadlines in a fast-pace environment.

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.



3. EXECUTIVE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT


Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Business Studies / Finance / Accounting or any related discipline

Minimum 3 – 5 years of relevant working experience in in property industry

Possess strategic and analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

Excellent interpersonal and communications skills especially in dealing with stakeholders, authorities etc.

Initiative, results driven and able to work independently

Team player with ability to multi-task

Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines



4. EXECUTIVE, APPLICATION MANAGEMENT (ICT)


Requirements:


Possess minimum Bachelor Degree in IT or equivalent

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in related field.

Experience in connecting and working with different types of data sources, for example, Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL and APIs (application programming interface).

Experience with Reporting and BI Tools (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, etc.)
Experience and comfortable interfacing directly with end users for Data and Application management system support.

Solid understanding of ETL strategies and design, (staging environments, data transformation, change data capture, slowly changing dimensions, etc.), with an eye towards delivering functional and useful solutions in a timely manner.

Proactive, self-sufficient, requiring limited supervision over job knowledge, expectations, and successful project completion.

Able to write complex SQL queries with multiple joins to automate/manipulate.

Understanding of data visualization best practices.
