Key Responsibilities
To oversee customer day-to-day IT support operation, maintenance, L1/L2 support and troubleshooting of issue reported.
To advise, recommend and assist TM ONE customers on continuous effort to improve customer infrastructure.
To produce weekly and monthly reporting of TM ONE Connectivity/ICT services performance with detail breakdown of individual/appliance service uptime and performance metric.
To attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose connectivity/ICT problems.
To respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges, as well as to provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers.
To follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
To conduct preventive maintenenance and provide the necessary report.
You Must Have
Education in Bachelor Degree (Information Technology (IT), Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication, or any equivalent field of study.)
Professional in Certificate (CCNA, JNCIA, HCIA, ACSA, Sangfor Certified Technical Associate, NSE4, or any equivalent certification are an added advantage.)
