Position:
1. ASSOCIATE RESIDENT ENGINEER
Job Role:
This role is responsible to provide 24/7 technical support (L1 & L2) on the Connectivity/ICT services subscribed by/for TM ONE Customers and to be located/stationed at customer site (based on project).
Capable to manage customers expectation related to complicated and comprehensive connectivity/ICT services.
Provide expert guidance in logical and physical network design improvement/new implementation.
Provide expert industry and technology advise to assist in the planning of the technologies shift in network and/or security infrastructure.
2. RESIDENT ENGINEER
Job Role:
Efficiently expedite service execution and post-sales support to ensure client needs are met, fostering long-term relationships and revenue growth. Develop an internal expert group in ICT services to supply competent personnel for contract maintenance, aiming for market dominance. Additionally, as a Resident Engineer, provide L1 & L2 support for subscribed ICT services, adeptly managing customer issues and offering onsite assistance beyond office hours when required.
